My journey began with a deep longing to feel at home in my body. Not just to look good—but to feel radiant, powerful, and deeply connected from the inside out.
For years, I hustled hard in the gym, tried every “clean eating” trend under the sun, believing that if I just pushed myself enough, I’d finally feel worthy.
But I never felt like I was enough.
And I still wasn’t seeing the results I craved—not because I wasn’t working hard enough, but because I was working from the wrong energy: punishment for who I was, not love for who I was becoming.
I was chasing perfection, punishing my body into obedience, and measuring my value by a number on the scale.
Everything shifted when I slowed down, tuned in, and restructured my entire approach to health, training, and life.
